This is a design kolam .4 swasthik also in this kolam. 15 dots nerpulli kolam. The dots are 15,13,11,9,7,5,3,1.
15, 13, 9, 7 dots single lines. 3 dots double lines and 1 dot.

From top – 2,6,11,15,11,9,7,11,7,9,11,15,11,6 & 2 straight dots. Dots in pink colour, for joining the dots used white powder. In rough work used sketch pens (colours) for viewers .
